Cameron and Bethany are a husband & wife crappie fishing team from Northwest Arkansas. They’ve been married 17 years and have 4 children.
Cameron began fishing the Crappie Master trails in 2018 and Bethany joined him in 2020. Together they fish the Arkansas Crappie Masters Trail and the National Crappie Masters Trail. Cameron has fished all his life and loves to be out on the water. His passion is helping others learn the sport. Whether that’s taking them out to teach them livescope or giving kids the opportunity to get outdoors and try something new.
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, I have been fishing my entire life and really enjoy sharing this with the world.
I was introduced to fishing at a young age by my parents and it quickly grew into a passion and eventually a career as a Professional Crappie Guide and National Tournament Fisherman.
I enjoy teaching others to catch fish with different techniques and skills and work hard to ensure my clients have a memorable and unique experience.
Being a guide involves so much more than teaching others to fish – it requires dedication, patience, and a high level of professionalism. I have truly found my passion and enjoy sharing it with the world.
Guide trips for Beaver Lake, AR are offered and can potentially travel to nearby lakes as well. Trips can be booked at beaverlakesriverratguideservice.com on FB Beaver Lakes River Rat Guide Service or on TikTok CodyUsreyfishing
While not on the lake or rivers catching fish, I can usually be found spending quality time with friends or my beautiful wife of almost 20 years and 2 children.
My name is Taylor John Olsen, most people call me TJ short for (Taylor John). I own and operate TJ Fishing Co & Guide Service out of NE Oklahoma, I live in Sand Springs Oklahoma with my girlfriend & our 4 dogs. I am 25 years of age, and coming up on my 2nd year of guiding full-time! This has truly been a dream come true! I grew up fishing from the time I could walk. Most of the time I was bass fishing through my early years with my papa up at the Grand Lake in far NE Oklahoma, but we also did lots of crappie fishing. As I got older I really started getting into fishing seriously whether it was pond hopping, bank fishing everywhere I could, or standing hours upon hours on a dock catching crappie! Got my first boat at the age of 15 and it just took off from there and evolved into what it is today! Fishing for a living has always been a dream and passion for me, I didn’t know how I was gonna do it but I was determined! I started welding straight out of high school for various shops for roughly 5-6 years just to get by, I knew I was good at it and made decent money right out of school, but I had enough & I finally decided it was my time to take a leap of faith and chase my dreams! My love for crappie fishing really got serious about 8-10 years ago even before live scope was a thing, while working my full-time welding job, I decided to start guiding part-time on the evenings & weekends and I was doing really well with it. Once I built up a reputation and clientele base, I decided to quit my job and chase my dreams! And here we are today! I am now a professional crappie fisherman, not only do I guide for a living but I fish Crappie tournaments which will only get more serious as I gain more years under my belt! It’s been a crazy ride full of highs and lows but here we are today and making clients happy and creating memories one day at a time!
